 A quaint little cottage built in the mid 1800s, lived in by a remarkable lady called Hilda Smith, who resisted unnecessary change. (currently closed to visitors for repairs and restoration)

The National Centre for Craft & Design

The National Centre for Craft and Design is the largest space in the UK dedicated to the promotion, celebration and exhibition of craft and design. It hosts a diverse range of exhibitions all year round, and also has well as cafe and a shop selling contemporary craft.

Cogglesford Mill

A fully restored and working watermill, thought to be the only Sheriff's Watermill still operating in England. Special events and working days take place, also the sale of organic flour and other locally sourced products in the shop.

Navigation House

An original grade II listed canal company office, built in 1838. Now a heritage centre, the building shows the story of the Navigation and the part it played in Sleaford's history.

Welbourn Forge

A former forge and blacksmith's workshop, which dates from 1864 and served the needs of farmers and tradesmen. It now exhibits old photographs, displays and memorabilia and a restored earth privy.
